When you enter Two C Eye Care, you will be greeted by our kind receptionist that will assist you in checking in to be seen, verify your insurance, explain your insurance benefits, directing you to an optician or to answer any questions you have.
When your ready to be seen, the optometric technician will perform some preliminary testing then direct you into the examination room, where Dr. Cao will then give you a thorough eye health examination, address any concern and questions you have.
After being seen by Dr. Cao, our professionally trained optician will help you navigate through our beautiful optical to choose the right eye glasses that best suits you based on your needs and doctor’s recommendations. The optician will ensure correct measurements so that your eye glasses fit beautifully on your face.
Once you have placed an order on your eye glasses, they are sent to the lab to be made. When your glasses arrive at Two C Eye Care, they are carefully inspected to ensure that the prescription and measurements are made correct to your order.
After careful verification of your new eyeglasses, you will receive a call informing you that your order is ready. When you come to pick your glasses, our opticians will ensure that your eye glasses will fit well on your face.
